Herrera has a company called 3volution Productions that produces music, sound effects and voice-overs for video game, television and film. He is also the co-owner of the record label Kool Arrow Records.

FEAR FACTORY is continuing to promote its latest album, "Transgression", which was released in August 2005 through Calvin, an imprint of Liquid 8. The record includes 11 songs, all produced by Toby Wright (ALICE IN CHAINS, KORN, METALLICA).
